Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the many of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae Singers. He was a member of Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani got signed to Shang Records in 1996 where the album was released With Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles like Judge Not With Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the top of the British Reggae Charts), How Does The Cap Go remix and Sensimelia. Each of them helped contribute to the rising popularity of Ky among the young generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani and Praswell from the Fugees joined together in 1997 and recorded Avenue which was a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a guest in Midem (international music festival) in the year it was held in Miami at the beginning of its run.
